The year 1992 was when Amanda Bossard began her research in marine biology at Anchorage in Alaska at the University of Alaska Pacific. The two are proponents of preserving sustainable and renewable marine resources. Otolith was created in Philadelphia by Bella Bossard who is now mother to two kids aged 3 and 1, Bossard. Otolith's name is a loving memory of Bossard's deep understanding of the biology of fish and her husband's many connections in the business of fishing.
